Abode.

I was alone one night,
Stargazing the clear sky
Deep in thought, I searched
For home.
My heart decided to find
Its abode.
Amidst the sparkling pearls of dark
Shone brightly, the spectacular arc.
My eyes glistened with mighty hope.
Someday, soon I would find that road.

Someone tapped on my shoulder blade,
I turned to find my deary friend.
That smile, and eyes gave me peace,
Asked why was I alone at three?
I asked to join me and search for shapes,
Something I was never tired to gain.
Melodies of laughter rang in my ear,
That hand pulled me out of my fear.

And since then, I know who I am
I found my home, in a person on land.
Someone who knew me
Better than myself
And still chose to stick through
Despite my flaws.
